What up fellas, well this is a vid a friend of mine shot back in may. Its me in my boosted ef d16a6 block z6 head w/out vtec @10 lbs vs a built gsr teg precision t60 @16 lbs. It was a close race traction owned both of us but him even more. If my vtec was engaged its possible I would have got him. He is in the far lane. Enjoy.

I can't believe it was that close.

Obviously I would need a dyno chart to prove this, but;

A built b18 with that turbo at that psi should put down well over 325-350whp and your d16 at 10 psi should be between 190-220 whp. I don't know how it was so close.

The guy said he dynoed at 390 atw. It's funny because he and a buddy of his came to the local hang out spot to find a good race. They approached my car because they saw the intrcooler and asked if I would race for money. I inquired about his setup and told him I would do it for shits and giggles, I knew he would get me I just didnt know it would be that close. The only thing I can say helped me is the diff in vehicle weight. My car is a completly gutted si hatch vs his full int. teg. When he got out the car he had a look of shock lol.

210whp is must easier to drive that 390whp...

wow that was hella close. all the GSR turbo's i've seen down here are pretty damn fast :shock:
